DISCOVER RAJASTHAN

Welcome to Rajasthan

Rajasthan unfolds through places with distinct personalities: Jaipur’s pink façades and lively bazaars, Jodhpur’s blue lanes beneath Mehrangarh, Udaipur’s lakes and Jaisalmer’s golden sandstone.

Travel beyond the landmarks to discover the people who give these places their character. Pause in a craft workshop, wander through an old neighbourhood or leave an evening free beside a lake. We shape private journeys with time for the stories, conversations and quieter moments along the way.

HELPFUL TO KNOW

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the best time to visit Rajasthan?

October to March generally brings the most comfortable weather for city walks, forts and desert excursions. December and January can have cold mornings and evenings, particularly in the desert. April to June is much hotter; July to September brings variable monsoon rain.

How many days should I allow for Rajasthan?

Allow around 10 to 14 days for a varied journey through several royal cities without moving every day. A shorter visit can focus on Jaipur and Udaipur, or Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Your route should leave time for road journeys, local encounters and quieter afternoons.

Can I stay overnight in the Jaisalmer desert?

Yes. An overnight desert stay can be included near Jaisalmer, subject to the season and the selected camp’s availability. Camps differ in comfort, setting and evening activities. We will discuss transfers, facilities and your preferred pace before adding one to your journey.

Is Rajasthan suitable for families?

Yes. A family itinerary can balance forts and palaces with craft visits, gentle walks and time to relax. We tailor the pace to the children’s ages and interests, with practical breaks on longer drives. Summer heat and each activity’s suitability should be considered when planning.

Can my Rajasthan journey be tailored?

Every private journey can be shaped around your interests, dates and preferred accommodation. Tell us whether heritage, crafts, food, wildlife or desert landscapes matter most to you. We will recommend a suitable route and confirm availability and inclusions in your proposal.

YOUR ROUTE, YOUR PACE

Planning a private Rajasthan tour

Rajasthan works best when the route reflects the time you have. Jaipur is part of the Golden Triangle, while Jodhpur, Udaipur and the desert cities require a wider journey. We plan the balance of road travel, guided visits and free time before recommending hotels and experiences.

Choose a route that fits your visit

Transport, stays and guiding

Your proposal confirms private vehicle arrangements, collection and departure points, hotel names, room categories and included sightseeing. Heritage and luxury hotels are selected around availability and your preferences. English-speaking guiding follows the agreed programme; Spanish-speaking guides can be requested and are confirmed destination by destination.

Before confirming your journey

Share your arrival and departure details, group size, room requirements, luggage and any access needs. Review entrance fees, safari permits, meals, optional activities and booking terms in the quotation. A suggested experience is included only when expressly listed; wildlife sightings and special access are never assumed.
